Here at Oakwood, our top priority is to our dogs and you, our customers. The price of a Oakwood German Shepherd is $1500 with a $300 non-refundable holding fee which is put towards the total due at pick up. This price reflects the investment made in the commitment to care and the health of all my shepherds. From feeding high quality kibble and raw, to regular vet appointments, trial entries, obedience classes and health testing our breeding stock, we spare no expense. Every penny goes right back into my breeding program.

Once puppies are born, we reach out to those on our wait-list. If you are not ready for a puppy at that time, you will save your spot of priority on my list for a future litter.  If you have already placed a deposit but we don’t have one that fits what you want, you will be placed at the top of the waiting list for our next litter.  Holding fees are non-refundable as we do expect commitment from my homes we have selected. We put a lot of time and care in to raising our puppies and our commitment to them and their owners is for the lifetime of that puppy. It is important to us that our puppy homes feel comfortable with communicating to us about anything and everything regarding their Oakwood shepherd. 

We are willing to work out a payment plan after the initial non refundable deposit of $300 is paid. We can set bi-weekly or weekly payments until the puppy is ready to go. We don't believe that every animal born is an animal that needs to reproduce, so we will have pet-home options out of every litter. We also offer pet-home prices for show/breeding quality puppies, where both parties will sign a spay/neuter contract and the puppy will go home with limited registration.  Feel free to reach out to discuss a payment plan that works for you.

Our  companion/pet puppies are registered on a non-breeding agreement with the America. Kennel Club and MUST be spayed or neutered at the age outlined in our contract.
